BIB 102—INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLE: OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS

BIB 102 introduces students to the structure, message, history, theology, and Christ-centered unity of the Old and New Testaments. The course follows the biblical story from creation, the entrance of sin, covenant and Israel, the sanctuary, kings and prophets, Messianic expectation, the incarnation and ministry of Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection, the apostolic church, the heavenly ministry of Christ, the Second Coming, resurrection, judgment, and the final restoration described in Revelation.

Oswald and Denice Grant

Ozzie is a passionate student of the Bible who has fallen in love with Jesus Christ’s vision for a better life, a better world, a better universe. His vision is encapsulated in one word that describes the character of God: agape. What is agape? It is unconditional love. Unconditional means no more reward and punishment, no more force and coercion, no more violence. Can there be such a utopia? The Bible says it will happen. We want you to join in the beauty of this vision. Oswald Grant has over fifty years of teaching experience in biblical studies through the light of Jesus Christ's revelation of the character of God.

Dr. Denice Grant Dr. Grant holds Bachelor of Music in Voice and Piano performance, a Master of Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, and Doctor of Musical Arts. Her passion is to share the biblical knowledge she has acquired over the past twenty six years regarding the gentle, kind, caring, innocent and nonviolent God revealed to the human race by Jesus Christ. 

Together, Ozzie and Denice have authored three books which are focused on revealing the deep the meaning of the two trees in the Garden of Eden: The Demonization of God Unmasked, God on Trial: Have We Been Lied To? Is God a Killer? and The Wrath of God Unmasked. They are busy working on two more books along with their teaching, preaching and sharing.
